Getting started

Up and running in minutes

One admin setup, then everyone on the team just starts talking.

  1. 1

    Your admin connects the workspace

A one time setup links your Slack workspace to your hiring workspace. Once that is done, the assistant appears under Apps in Slack for everyone on the team.

Not connected yet? The assistant will reply with setup instructions to pass to your admin.

  2. 2

    Just say hello

Send the assistant a direct message. It recognizes you by your Slack email and signs you in automatically. No passwords, no linking codes, you are simply ready to work.

Your Slack email needs to match your team member email in the app.

  3. 3

    Ask for what you need

Type requests the way you would ask a colleague. Message it directly, @mention it in a channel, or use the /cuee command. It answers in threads and keeps the context of your conversation.

Type "reset" or "new chat" any time to start a fresh conversation.

What you can ask

Just ask, like you would a colleague

No commands to memorize. These are real requests the assistant handles today.

Jobs and postings

Open roles, edit them, and shape the interview itself.

β€œOpen a Senior Backend Engineer role in the Berlin office”

β€œChange job 5 to remote and mark the sales role as closed”

Candidates and pipeline

Search, compare, advance, and message candidates.

β€œFind candidates with React experience”

β€œMove Ahmed to the interview stage”

β€œCompare the top 3 candidates for job 7”

β€œWhere are the bottlenecks in the engineering pipeline?”

AI interviews

Spin up screens and review what came back.

β€œCreate a quick screening interview for sales reps”

Trust

Safe by design

Your permissions follow you

The assistant acts as you, with exactly your role and permissions. Nobody gains admin powers just by being in Slack.

Nothing risky without a click

Bulk moves, rejections, and emails always show a confirmation card first. One click to proceed, one to cancel, and a used button can never fire twice.

Links sign you in, privately

When the assistant links you into the app from a direct message, the link signs you in automatically. In shared channels links stay plain, so nobody can ride your session.

Where it works

One assistant, every place your team talks.

FAQ

Common questions

No. The assistant matches your Slack email to your team member account and signs you in automatically the first time you message it.
